We’re excited to share that Fineguide has been accepted into the ElevenLabs Grant Program.

We’re genuinely grateful for the opportunity and for the support from the ElevenLabs team. This comes at an especially meaningful time for us, as we’re preparing to launch our Voice AI / telephony integration next week.

Why this matters

Voice is becoming a much more natural way for people to interact with AI. Text will always have its place, but real-time conversation opens up new possibilities for support, automation, and customer engagement.

That means more natural, back-and-forth interactions and a more flexible way to use Fineguide assistants.

2. Inbound calls to your phone number

You’ll be able to connect your AI assistant to your phone number so it can handle inbound calls.

This can help take customer service to the next level, especially when your Fineguide assistant is trained to use actions such as:

• searching products by keywords
• making appointments
• registering inquiries

3. Outbound call campaigns

Your AI will also be able to call your customers on behalf of your company.

That opens the door to use cases like:

• surveys
• marketing campaigns
• staying more connected with customers
